For damage or defect replacement , 360 degree unboxing video required.
1. 360 degree parcel show before unboxing.
2. Show shipping label clearly.
3. Product to be shown clearly in unboxing video.
4. If you receive wrong or damaged or missing product then clearly show it in video.
5. If the used product is shown in video, or if the product is not shown in the video we don't accept the claim.
6. No cut and pause in video.
7. Share video withing 72 hours of delivery for claiming any Damage, Missing or Wrong Product.
8. No product will be refunded, basis quality / dislike issue.
