Visiting or purchasing from the website means you are bound to the terms and conditions. The terms apply to all the vendors, browsers, merchants, content contributors and customers. Our products can't be used illegally or for unauthorized purposes. our services can't be used to violate the laws in your jurisdiction. Any type of destructive virus, worm or code can't be transmitted by you. Violation or breach of any of the terms and conditions may lead to termination of your services.

Section - 2 General Conditions:

Without prior permission, you can't duplicate, sell, copy or resell any information on the website. We reserve the rules to deny service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Section - 6 Cancellation Policy

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled using our website.

Cancellation charges

1- After 8hours of order receipt of order -Rs.100/- will be the cancellation fee and the rest amount will be refunded.

2- If the order is already made and under packing state, 50% of the Order Value or Rs. 500, whichever is lower, will be the cancellation fee, and the rest amount will be refunded.

3- If the order is shipped and returned in RTO and now the customer wants to cancel the order, the following cancellation fee charges may apply.

a) If the parcel is returned due to any reason/circumstance levied on M/s SSquare Collection part or due to any reason(s) were our Logistic Partner is not able to provide service, no cancellation charges will be applicable.

b) If the parcel is returned due to any reason/circumstance levied on Customer's end, then Rs. 100/- will be charged to re-ship the article, if customer still wants the material. Or if the customer wants to cancel the order, then 50% of the order Value or Rs. 500, whichever is lower, will be the cancellation fee, and the rest amount will be refunded.

4- If the order is shipped and returned in RTO, the following deduction of charges may apply to prepaid orders

a) If the parcel is returned due to any reason/circumstance levied on M/s SSquare Collection part or due to any reason(s) where our Logistic Partner is not able to provide service, no cancellation charges will be applicable.

b) If the parcel is returned due to any reason/circumstance levied on Customer's end, then Rs. 100/- will be charged to re-ship the article, if the customer still wants the material. Or if the customer wants to cancel the order, then 50% of the order value or Rs. 500, whichever is lower, will be the cancellation fee and the remaining amount will be refunded.
