7. The Packaging video is for the illustration purpose to aware customer about the item packed, show the contents inside the parcel and the appearance of the parcel.

8. AWB no. will be shown in the packaging video. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep a track of the parcel.

9. Customer need to pay before the receipt of the parcel to the field execution of the courier/logistic partner.

10. We usually send parcel through following logistic partners only. Selection of same is basis the service availability at delivery pin code area.
